She has demonstrated proficiency in establishing strong strategic and tactical partnerships that support organizational missions and effectively execute enterprise priorities.

Heather holds certifications as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and a Certified Cyber Resilience Professional (CCRP). She earned a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Homeland Security, Information Security, and Forensics from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management and Homeland Security, with a Minor in Digital Forensics, from The University of Akron.
