David Lundal

David Lundal is an experienced and effective CIO with a proven track record of success in developing strategies, building exceptional teams, and driving execution in healthcare. His expertise spans all areas of provider-based care, including clinics, hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), durable medical equipment (DME), and home care. Additionally, David has extensive experience in value-based care, accountable care organizations (ACOs), and health plan management.

Throughout his career, David has managed operational budgets ranging from $50 million to $100 million, overseen capital projects up to $90 million, and handled annual capital portfolios between $10 million and $40 million. He has led teams of up to 600 members and successfully on-boarded five different IT departments, transforming them into well-respected and highly functioning units.

David has had the privilege of collaborating with talented and dedicated teammates, achieving numerous significant milestones. These accomplishments include attaining Stage 7 of the HIMSS Analytics EMR Adoption Model, developing managed services for EMR and IT deployment, running a shared services organization, and thriving within value-based systems.
