Bob is an experienced Revenue Cycle Director with over 30 years of demonstrated history of working in the medical practice industry. Skilled in Health Insurance, Data Analysis, Healthcare Industry, Revenue Integrity, and Business Process Improvement. He has led and managed initiatives, including those related to strategy and capabilities development, change management, and policy development. He has also worked directly with the state insurance commissioner and national workgroups to ensure new regulatory mandates impacting operations were implemented correctly and in a timely manner.

Bob has lead teams for Epic billing, claims, Tapestry, HIM, and patient access. Organize, facilitate, and market the Epic Connect program to share a regional instance of Epic with other organizations across the Pacific Northwest and assist with new location acquisitions and launches. Lead initiatives to improve existing process, implement new technologies, and improve resource utilization while minimizing costs.

Bob is highly motivated and a results-driven leader specializing in the healthcare industry with a demonstrated track record of achievement in revenue cycle management, project management, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, registration, scheduling and accounts receivable. He utilizes excellent communication skills to manage vendors, coordinate with senior leadership, and provide leadership to teams. Bob has also been a member of the Privacy and Security group to ensure new products and services are compliant and secure in the ever changing healthcare landscape.
