Carrie Liken

Carrie Liken is Head of Industry, Healthcare at Yext. She is passionate about the intersection of healthcare and technology. She has over 15 years of advanced education and experience in healthcare and currently leads all product, marketing and strategy for the healthcare industry at Yext. She is also the leading expert on how patients use voice search in their patient journey.

Prior to Yext, she helped found the healthcare team in the Google Boston office, focusing specifically on growing the hospital group within that team. While there, she built an expertise in the digital patient journey and focused on digital media sales to drive patient acquisition for health systems. Over the course of her tenure at Google, revenue increased over 400% in the hospital segment. She has international work experience, having worked for Google in India and in Brazil.

Her current focus areas include: product development, go-to-market strategy, healthcare-specific marketing, publisher relationships, app directory partnerships and consulting with sales teams to drive business growth.

She has deep knowledge of the health space and how online behaviors impact health and healthcare companies.
