This is a new channel and this is our first show.

So let me tell you what we're going to be doing . on this week.

Health community.

This week health community is your channel.

We want this to be the place that you come to collaborate into.

Start looking at.

The challenges that we face in health.

It.

With your peers, with your community.

And to that end, we're going to be launching our first show.

Town hall is dedicated to collaboration between subject matter experts.

Who are looking at the challenges that we're facing in our health systems today?

These are 10 to 20 minute episodes.

Let me tell you, what's really interesting about this, what we're

going to be doing with this show.

The town hall shows specifically as I've invited guests hosts.

Subject matter experts in their field to bring on people from their network and

have conversations about that subject.

So instead of me talking to people about cybersecurity and I'm not necessarily

a cybersecurity expert, we're going to have cybersecurity experts that

I've invited to be guest hosts.

Bring on people from their network and discuss those topics specifically,

we'll do for clinical informatics.

We'll do it for data and AI.

We'll do it for digital.

We'll do for a lot of different topics and that's the direction we're going in.

With this channel.

So this really is your channel.

And it's also the place that you're going to want to come to, to get a little

deeper, dive into some of the topics that we cover in this week in health.

It.

A lot of times we stay at the high level and we look at these issues in terms

of how they will impact clinicians, how they're going to impact the

business of healthcare, how they'll impact the patients of healthcare.

But on this show, we're going to go a little deeper.

We're going to go into the specifics.

And hopefully give you more practical details, more pragmatic

action that you can take.

This is going to be for those of you who are sitting there asking the question.

I wonder what other similar sized similar type of health systems are doing?

With regard to the challenges that we're facing.

In addition to this week health community.

I want to tell you what else is going on on the, this week at health it podcasts.

Obviously this is a new channel.

We have another new channel for you, and that is called this week health academy.

This week health academy is dedicated to our mission , which is to develop

the next generation of health.

It leaders.

And it is our it university.

We've designed this for education.

Our first show on this is called insights.

And what we're going to be doing is it's a highlight reel.

We're going to be going back over our first five years of interviews.

We're going to be taking five to 10 minute clips from those shows and

we're going to be packaging them up.

Here's how I'd use that show.

If I were you, I would use it to train the people that you're hiring into

the industry for the first time, maybe people out of college or whatnot,

who you're looking to bring up to speed on the issues that are

facing healthcare and health.

It we're going to be publishing three episodes a week of insights,

and it's a great way for them to get up to speed very quickly hearing

from industry leaders that we've interviewed over the last five years.

The other way, I'd use it as a mentoring tool.

If you're mentoring somebody, it's a great framework, you could listen to the shows.

Together have a conversation at your insights into the various

topics that we're talking about.

And then continue to, use that as a framework or a platform for developing

the leaders within your organization.

All right.

Our, this week health news channel it's our most established channel.

So we're going to have our today's show, which we've been doing on a

daily basis where we take a look at the news and we asked the question.

So what, and I'm going to continue to do that show on a daily basis.

We're also going to take our Newsday show and move it into the news channel.

Makes sense.

And that is where we bring on some co-hosts and we discuss the news.

So you get various viewpoints on what's going on in the news.

And then finally, we're going to have our conference channel.

This week health conference.

And this is the show that's going to mirror the incredible

content that you travel across the nation to receive at conferences.

We're going to have our solution showcases where we highlight products that are

emerging, that are addressing some of the challenges that we have in healthcare.

Our newly introduced briefing campaigns,

and we're going to have keynote, which is our longer form interview,

which replaces our influence episode.

And it's going to spotlight industry influencers.

This one's about 50 minutes long.

This is where we sit down and have a deep dive conversation with those

people who are impacting the industry.
